We are a locally owned and operated family business starting in 2019 when we moved to Monticello, AR following Philip's previous job for the State of Arkansas Highway Department as a Patrolman. Philip served the State of Arkansas as a Highway Patrolman for 2 years before committing to a full time business venture by forming R3 South Arkansas Land Solutions, LLC in a true leap of faith moment. In April 2024, the fate of R3 South Arkansas Land Solutions hung in the balance as Philip suffered from a brain aneurysm at the age of 37. God stepped in, Philip pulled through after 8 days in the hospital, brain surgery, a titanium plate, and a heck of a recovery. In this business we, as a family, serve God, fellow man, and country. Honesty and efficiency are second nature and failure is never an option.
